These are occasional updates from Hunter Sizemore / Universes Eternal about the fan-made Odyssey set. Choose set progress, announcements when tiered membership opens, announcements when private playtesting opens, or a combination.
Your email address, optional name, selected topics, your explicit consent and its timestamp. Signup does not purchase a membership, reserve a playtesting place or confirm that either has launched.
The list is stored privately in Cloudflare. Hunter can view it in an owner-only subscriber manager and export it to a private Google Sheet or an email provider. It is not in the public card file, repository or artwork library. The Google Sheet is a manually refreshed administrative copy, not an independently editable source of preferences.
This is a single-opt-in signup. No confirmation email or welcome campaign is sent automatically at present. The administrator can see that email ownership is unverified. A future email provider may ask you to confirm the address before sending updates.
Every update should contain your unsubscribe link. You may also email jhsizemore@gmail.com to stop updates, change topics, or request deletion. Unsubscribing stops updates without letting another anonymous signup silently restore your subscription. A deletion removes your address and name from the live list while retaining a non-reversible suppression identifier. Existing spreadsheet exports should also be refreshed after deletion.
Short-lived form verification and submission limits help prevent abuse. The form uses a short-lived, essential verification cookie. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the subscriber list; temporary anti-abuse identifiers expire. Form contents are not deliberately written to application logs or browser storage.
